This is an open and inclusive discussion group that meets every second Thursday Evening to study the Lama Marut’s ACI Dharma Essentials courses. All are welcome to attend at any time. The group does not require any prior experience just an interest in how to lead a happy and fulfilling life. We meet from 7.30pm till 9.00pm every alternative Thursday.
